Appointment Confirmation Policy

We do not accept appointments. All patients are triaged upon arriving to our hospital. Once triage is done and pet is determined to be stable, we will see them in order that they arrived. If pet is not stable and needs immediate assistance they will be seen immediately.  Please be patient as our goal is to see everyone in a timely manner but critical patients do come first.
